Prices represent buyer's net cost in U.S. currency. Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state, and local taxes. These costs are to be paid by buyer. We only collect sales tax for shipments into the State of California

All blowers are warranted for one year, parts and labor (proof of purchase required).Blowers shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

All blowers are inspected prior to shipment. Buyer must thoroughly inspect blower(s) for shipping damage before accepting delivery. Buyer should note on the freight bill extent of damage. B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. responsibility for loss or damage ceases when the blower(s) are accepted for shipment by the carrier. B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. will when asked help in filling freight claim.

B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc liability and buyer's exclusive remedies under any and all B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. blower warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, refund, or credit, at B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. option, and only when our instructions are followed. B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. blowers shall not be liable, under any circumstances what so ever, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use blowers purchased from B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc.

If Blower is to be returned for credit (-20% restocking fee) or exchange you must first call for an RMA# and have proof of purchase before returning the blower.

All agreements between B-Air Blowers/Intertex, Inc. and Buyer shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California
