The BlueDri MA-870 mini axial fan is designed for home DIY’ers and specialty contractors, looking for a high-performance fan to aid drying and provide air circulation.
An axial air mover is a versatile tool that can be used for a variety of drying and ventilation applications. It is different from a centrifugal air mover or blower/floor fan as it provides a higher air flow at a lower pressure. Typically, axial fans use low power and are more energy efficient than comparable centrifugal fans. The air flow pattern generated is evenly distributed and as a result they are more effective at drying structures or walls than traditional floor fans. Some common applications include:
• Drying structures such as walls or ceilings, after painting, or after water damage
• Ventilation, such as in a basement or attic to improve air flow facilitates evaporation to reduce drying time
• Reduces drying time by increasing evaporation, thereby reducing humidity levels, and controlling moisture to deliver improved air quality
• Cooling equipment, such as blowing air over a hot surface to reduce its temperature –garages, manufacturing etc.
